Sfeir, AIA NCARB, founded his practice
in 2002 and is a licensed Architect in the states
of California,
South Carolina and New York. He is a graduate of the
University
of Louisiana, School of Architecture. Joseph is a member
of the American Institute of Architects, the National
Council
of Architectural Registration Board, and American Society
For Healthcare Engineering.
